ABOUT US

⠀⠀⠀Pinas' Corner PH started from an idea overnight when the owner realized that only a few shops sell the merch of her ult (spoilers: it's LOONA). Then from that thought, they studied the market for a month and did some trial and error. Even now, we are still learning through the process. PCPH now aims to serve the orbits and every fandom who wants to be heard.

1. Check all the details before filling up the form. You MUST be 100% SURE when ordering, and we are not liable for any wrong information provided by the customer.

2. STRICTLY no cancellation of orders.
⠀
3. IF you can't avoid violating the second term, you're REQUIRED to pay HALF of the price you ordered from us as a form of the cancellation fee.

4. Pay ON or BEFORE the deadline. Otherwise, you need to pay a 30php penalty for every next day.

5. We are not liable for any loss or damaged items during shipment, but we will make sure to wrap your parcel with care. We advise you to take a video when unboxing. If it did not arrive in good condition and the mistake was on our part, we will compensate you, but only if you have proof.

6. Be a RESPONSIBLE buyer. Try frequently check your emails when we post updates about payments/shipments.

7. PATIENCE, mainly because the items are from another country. Refer to this hashtag #PCPH_Feedbacks for KR address arrival pictures and what items are in the boxes.

8. The shop may cancel your order for various reasons, but we will make sure to send an email/dm before doing so.

9. We can only refund if a) the album is out of stock or b) someone is willing to get your slot.

· Can I combine my orders in one shipment?
Only if the boxes will arrive almost in the same month.

Normal ETA (3 - 5 weeks AFTER the dispatch from KR address)

· How to Order?
If it's on a mine basis, kindly wait for the form to be sent to you as a form of confirmation that you got the slot. The general order form can be used for regular orders, or if it's quota-based, you'll have to wait for the order form.

· What to do after ordering?
Just take note of the deadline and after payment, NEVER forget to fill up the proof of payment form which can be found inside this carrd.

· I saw the update that my item is already in PH. How do I request shipment?
Just answer the shipment form.

· How does Bunjang assistance work?
Bunjang is a Korean app similar to Shopee, where you can score merch at the lowest price. You may send us a link, and we will secure it for you or state what you are looking for along with your budget.

· How does box sharing work?
If you avail of this service, we will share our KR address with you, free parcel pictures and the amount will be based per kilogram—100php on first KG and on succeeding 90php. For papel or photocards, 40php per parcel, inclusive of handling/insurance fee. Payments per KG will be collected once in PH, while for Photocards, payments will be collected before the departure of the box.
